Village Wings Program (VWP)

The Village Wings Program (VWP) is our flagship program focused on creating sustainable livelihoods for rural households. VWP combines asset provision, hands-on training, market linkages, and Income Sharing Agreements (ISA) to help families build resilient income streams.

VWP emphasizes local ownership, skills transfer, and long-term support — not one-off donations. We partner with community groups to tailor interventions and measure impact over time.

Lift Hen Africa — Poultry for Prosperity

What it is

Lift Hen Africa serves as the official pilot project for the Village Wings Program. As a highly scalable, poultry-based livelihood initiative successfully piloted in the Thatha Villages, it equips smallholder farmers with starter poultry assets via Income Sharing Agreements (ISA), builds executive-level agribusiness skills in husbandry, and connects them to robust pathways to market. We are poised to scale this transformative model across Kenya and the African continent.
