Siku Njema Africa Group Foundation is a non-profit implementing foundation committed to improving lives and creating sustainable change across Africa through six program pillars: Agriculture, Education and Leadership Development, Water & Environment, Financial Literacy, Health, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
The Village Wings Program (VWP) is a community-driven model that empowers rural households through training, financing (ISA), mentorship, and market access to build sustainable and dignified livelihoods.
As the official pilot project for the Village Wings Program, Lift Hen Africa is a highly scalable, poultry-based livelihood initiative. Originally piloted in the Thatha Villages, it equips smallholder farmers with poultry assets via ISA, builds executive-level agribusiness skills, and connects them to robust markets. We are poised to scale this transformative model across Kenya and the African continent.
