About Siku Njema Africa Group Foundation

Siku Njema Africa Group Foundation is a non-profit implementing foundation committed to improving lives and creating sustainable change across Africa through six program pillars: Agriculture, Education and Leadership Development, Water & Environment, Financial Literacy, Health, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Our Project: Lift Hen Africa

As the official pilot project for the Village Wings Program, Lift Hen Africa is a highly scalable, poultry-based livelihood initiative. Originally piloted in the Thatha Villages, it equips smallholder farmers with poultry assets via ISA, builds executive-level agribusiness skills, and connects them to robust markets. We are poised to scale this transformative model across Kenya and the African continent.
